above and print it out
on your printer. Please
complete the "***
TO BE COMPLETED BY CUSTOMER
***" section in the
middle of the form and
then sign it in the appropriate
area. You can then FAX
it to (514) 745-0937 or
send it to your sales
representative via email.
In order to facilitate
any returns, HyperTec.ca
requests that you contact
the RMA department. The
procedures above must
be followed in order to
receive a Return of Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) Number.
Returns may be refused
if received without a
valid RMA number reference.
- All requests for an
RMA# must be made within
30 days of invoice date
- Products must be returned
to HyperTec.ca within
10 days after receiving
the RMA# or may be refused
Please note the following
Guidelines to assist you:
SOFTWARE:
- OPENED or NON-DEFECTIVE
software is not returnable
- Unopened software
must be returned within
30 days
HARDWARE:
- Hardware products
must be returned in
original packaging with
all original contents
- Restocking charge
will be applied to all
non-defective returned
products
GENERAL RULES
- Please examine product
packaging prior to opening
for any external damages
- If damages are apparent,
refuse accepting the
product as it will be
shipped back to HypertecDirect.com
- Shipping charges are
non-refundable and the
customer is liable for
loss on all return shipments
- HypertecDirect.com
will incur same type
shipping on exchanged
products

is not responsible for
any costs of damages that
occur during the shipment
of the item being returned.
